The Spirit Shroud is an exceptional unique Ghost Armor found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.

The Spirit Shroud is the only body armor in the game that pairs Cannot Be Frozen with +1 To All Skills. It removes the chill effect outright rather than shortening it, so attack speed, cast rate and run speed hold steady through Cold Enchanted packs and the cold-heavy monsters of Act 5. Taking that from the body slot at level 28 leaves the ring free, since the usual source is Raven Frost at level 45.

Skin of the Vipermagi arrives one level later, matches the +1 To All Skills and adds 30% Faster Cast Rate and 20-35% resist all, so it takes the slot on any character that can spare the freeze protection. The Spirit Shroud holds its place on builds where being chilled costs more than the cast rate is worth, which mostly means physical attackers working through the cold areas of Act 5.
